How it works

HERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT

Step 1- Select our 360 plan, selecting the number of bedrooms the property currently has.

Step 2- Add any extras to your basket to help further visualise your homes potential.

Step 3- Complete check out

Step 4- You will receive a questionnaire to return and complete. This helps us understand what you need from your home.

Step 5- Once the questionnaire is completed and returned, we will start drawing your current home layout. There is no home visit needed for our services, we use publicly available data like Rightmove listings, Google Maps and previous Planning Permission submissions. This is usually enough to get us to the level of detail that we need (we aim for ~80% accuracy) but we may need to ask for the odd photo or measurement from you. Please note that the guaranteed delivery date starts from when we receive your completed questionnaire.

Step 6- When we have drawn your current home layout, we will return to you for verification. Please check the measurements are roughly correct and the layout is right and return to us with any feedback.

Step 7- As soon as we receive the verification, we will start your new home layout.

Step 8- We will send you your new home plans and any extras selected.

Step 9- If requested within 14 days of Step 8, you are entitled to 1 free amendment of the plans. Simply email us with the change you would like to see. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to make this amendment and reissue the plans.
